How the assignment works

Executive Protection in practice

Executive protection at USPA is led by former Navy SEALs, Army Rangers and protective specialists who have worked federal and diplomatic assignments. Details are sized to the actual threat picture: a single close protection officer for a low-profile visit, or a coordinated team with advance work, a driver and a follow vehicle for higher exposure.

Assignments begin with an advance. The team reviews the client's itinerary, the venue, arrival and departure routes, medical access and the nearest trauma facility, then writes a protection plan the client's staff can work from. Officers blend into the setting, keep their posture discreet, and report through a single point of contact.

Advance work and route planning

Site surveys, arrival and departure sequencing, alternate routes and contingency planning before the client moves.

Corporate and family coverage

Residential posts, school and activity transport, and long-term detail for families with exposure concerns.

Protective transportation

Trained security drivers in discreet or armored vehicles, with route reconnaissance on unfamiliar itineraries.

Travel and event details

Domestic and international travel coverage coordinated with the client's own security team or venue staff.

I hired USPA Security company and I could not be any happier. Not only I received the most professional bodyguard team led by Navy Seals and Army Rangers, but I also received close protection for me and my girlfriends. The team is super professional. They actually care and go above and beyond to make sure you feel safe and protected. I was provided with VIP Aircraft and limo services to and from the airport. I received the VIP treatment in every step. I highly recommend USPA Nationwide Security team because they respect their client and their service is exceptional. It is an honor and pleasure to work with the team.

Answers

Questions clients ask before booking

How much does a bodyguard cost?
Pricing is quoted per detail. A single close protection officer for a low-profile visit is priced differently from a team with advance work, a security driver and a follow vehicle. Hours, travel and the threat picture all affect the number. Request a quote with the itinerary and the operations team will size the detail and return pricing.
What is the difference between a bodyguard and executive protection?
Executive protection is the broader discipline. It includes the advance: reviewing the itinerary, the venues, the routes, medical access and contingencies before the principal moves. A bodyguard is the visible officer next to the principal; a protection detail is the plan that officer operates inside. USPA details are led by former Navy SEALs, Army Rangers and protective specialists.
Do you provide protection for families and residences?
Yes. Residential posts, school and activity transport and long-term family coverage are common assignments, and they are staffed for discretion: officers who blend into a neighborhood rather than advertise a detail. Family coverage is usually paired with secure transportation for movements.
What is advance work?
The advance is the reconnaissance that happens before the principal arrives: site surveys, arrival and departure sequencing, primary and alternate routes, hospital and trauma facility identification and contingency planning. It is the part of a detail that prevents most problems from reaching the principal at all.
Can you provide protection during international travel?
Yes. USPA covers domestic and international travel, coordinating with the client's own security staff, venue management and host-country authorities where the itinerary requires it. International details are planned with the same advance discipline as domestic ones, with local rules and licensing confirmed before departure.
How far in advance should a detail be booked?
Advance notice of a few days allows for a proper reconnaissance, though short-notice details are routine and can often be staffed within a day. For high-exposure events or complex international itineraries, earlier is better. Time-sensitive requests can be raised directly through dispatch.

Need coverage now?

Dispatch and quoting are answered 24 hours a day. Licensing, insurance certificates and a written scope are issued with the quote.
