1. Introduction
Kingsman Philanthropic Corp. (“Kingsman”) is a Florida nonprofit corporation and a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Kingsman may, at its sole discretion, offer monetary rewards for tips leading to the successful location of missing persons or the resolution of crimes. By participating in this reward program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Purpose of the Reward Offer
The primary purpose of any reward offered by Kingsman is to encourage the provision of actionable information that directly leads to the recovery of missing persons or the resolution of criminal cases. The reward is conditional upon the safe return of the missing person or the resolution of the crime as specified in the reward offer.
3. Eligibility
a. Direct or Indirect Involvement: Kingsman reserves the right to refuse the issuance of reward money to any individual directly or indirectly involved in the crime or the circumstances surrounding the missing person for which the reward was offered.
b. Ineligible Recipients: The reward will not be issued to the missing person themselves, should they be located or return independently.
c. Legal Compliance: Recipients of the reward must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Kingsman will not issue rewards to individuals who are prohibited by law from receiving them.
4. Disclaimers and Hold Harmless Agreement
Kingsman acknowledges that USPA Nationwide Security CCP, LLC. (“USPA”) may provide donations or pledge funds for the reward offers. Kingsman hereby disclaims and holds harmless USPA, its officers, representatives, agents, assigns, and any affiliated entities from any and all liability arising out of or related to the reward money. USPA’s involvement is strictly limited to providing donations or pledges; all decisions regarding the reward offer, including eligibility, issuance, and fulfillment, rest solely with Kingsman.
a. Participation in the Rewards Program: By participating in the Kingsman rewards program, all persons agree to hold USPA Nationwide Security CCP, LLC., its officers, representatives, agents, assigns, and any affiliated entities harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of or related to the reward offer. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to the accuracy of information provided, the eligibility of reward recipients, and the fulfillment of reward payments.
5. Claiming the Reward
To claim a reward, the claimant must provide information that directly leads to the requested result, as defined in the specific reward offer. Kingsman will determine, at its sole discretion, whether the information provided qualifies for the reward.
6. Legal Enforceability
The reward offer constitutes a legally enforceable contract. However, Kingsman retains full discretion in determining eligibility and the fulfillment of the reward offer. The reward is payable only if the terms and conditions outlined in the offer are met. Any disputes arising from the reward offer shall be subject to binding arbitration under the laws of the state of Florida.
7. Time Limit and Expiration
Each reward offer will have a specified time limit, after which the offer will expire. Kingsman reserves the right to make notifications regarding the expiration date and time of rewards as they deem necessary, including in cases where a case is no longer active. Kingsman may also renew or extend the offer at its sole discretion.

b. Cancelled, expired, or invalid rewards are listed on the Expired Rewards page.
8. Responsibility for Rewards Offered in Conjunction with Other Entities
If Kingsman offers a reward in conjunction with other entities, such as government agencies, nonprofits, or families, Kingsman will only be responsible for the portion of the reward that is explicitly specified in Kingsman’s reward poster. Kingsman is not liable for any other portions of the reward offered by these entities.
9. Validity of Reward Offers
The only reward offers that are valid will be those clearly posted on Kingsman’s official website. If any flyer, poster, or other promotional material is altered, changed, or modified by third parties, Kingsman will not be responsible for any false information or misleading claims made by others.
10. Reward Amount
The amount of the reward will be determined by Kingsman and stated in the reward offer. Kingsman is not obligated to increase the reward amount after the initial offer is made. Individuals are encouraged to provide information based on the initial reward offer without expectation of an increased sum.
11. Special Reward Funds
In certain cases, Kingsman may coordinate with state and local agencies or other entities that have established special reward funds. Claimants must comply with the specific terms and conditions of these funds, in addition to the terms outlined by Kingsman.
12. Monetary Pledges
Kingsman may accept monetary pledges towards reward funds. However, such pledges are not guaranteed and may not be honored. Kingsman will not be held liable for the failure of third parties to fulfill their pledges.
13. Limitation of Liability
Kingsman shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the reward offer, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Kingsman’s total liability shall in no event exceed the amount of the reward offered.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes related to the reward offer shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
15. Modifications
Kingsman reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on Kingsman’s official website or other official communication channels.
