Three little girls were supposed to come home Friday night. Instead, their mother now clutches three death certificates. As law enforcement races to track their accused killer—their own father—an elite child recovery unit has joined the manhunt, led by Michael Evans and his Kingsman, known only one way among criminals: a feared name to anyone who harms a child.
Michael Evans, the founder of Kingsman, a nonprofit dedicated to locating missing children, has deployed his elite team of former Navy SEALs, Army Rangers, and CIA contractors to track down Travis Caleb Decker, 32. Decker is accused of murdering his daughters Paityn (9), Evelyn (8), and Olivia (5) after taking them on what was supposed to be a scheduled visitation near a Washington state campground.
On Monday, deputies discovered the girls’ bodies in the woods. Their wrists were zip-tied. Plastic bags covered their heads. Blood-streaked handprints were visible on the tailgate of their father’s truck. But Decker—an Army veteran with wilderness survival training—was gone.
Now, a $30,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest. Kingsman increased the reward from the original $20,000 to drive awareness and urgency. “This one is personal,” Evans said in a brief but powerful statement. “We’ve brought home hundreds of missing children. But when a father executes his daughters, we don’t wait. We hunt.”
The Last Moments
According to police reports, Decker picked up the girls at 5 p.m. Friday under the terms of a parenting plan that limited visitation to every other weekend. By 10 p.m., their mother, Whitney Decker, knew something was wrong. Her calls to Travis went unanswered. His phone rang straight to voicemail. And the girls, always excited to call their mother goodnight, had gone silent.
She told police it was out of character. Her ex-husband had never violated the custody plan before. But she feared the worst—Decker, she warned, had recently displayed erratic behavior and stopped taking medication for borderline personality disorder.
Two days later, a search team located Decker’s abandoned vehicle near the Rock Island Campground in Chelan County. What followed was every mother’s nightmare.

A Warfighter Turned Fugitive
Authorities say Decker has extensive military and wilderness experience. He previously served in Afghanistan and remains in the Washington National Guard. His father told police Decker has lived “off the grid” for up to 2.5 months at a time. Officials now believe he may be using those skills to evade capture.
Chelan County Sheriff Mike Morrison said the manhunt is national in scope. “He could be anywhere,” Morrison said. “We are working with the FBI, U.S. Marshals, and DHS.”
But Kingsman’s involvement could tilt the odds.
Evans, a former law enforcement officer and founder of Kingsman, leads a covert unit of special operations veterans trained in man-tracking, human intelligence, and surveillance. These teams have successfully assisted in dozens of child recovery efforts around the world.
“This isn’t just another fugitive,” said Evans. “This is a man who planned the deaths of three little girls. We’re not sending search parties. We’re sending specialists.”
A Mother’s Cry
Before her daughters were found, Whitney Decker issued a plea to local media: “I just want the girls back safe.” Her voice cracked under the weight of dread. She had reported her concerns to police and followed every rule of the custody agreement. Now, the home she decorated for three girls is silent.
Court documents reveal years of emotional abuse during their marriage. Whitney described waking up to Travis screaming in the night or disappearing for days without explanation. She never imagined that their visitation weekend would end in triple homicide.
“She trusted the court order,” said her attorney. “And now she’s planning three funerals.”
Kingsman’s Mission

“I’ve come face-to-face with evil before,” Evans said. “But what Travis did—this was something darker. This was premeditated. Cold. Calculated. Those little girls never had a chance. Now it’s our turn—to find him and make sure he never has the chance to hurt another child again.”
The National Hunt
The FBI has issued bulletins across all 50 states. Authorities describe Decker as 5’8″ with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a light-colored shirt and dark shorts. Surveillance cameras in surrounding towns are being reviewed, and social media tips have poured in by the thousands.
“This is one of the most intense manhunts we’ve ever seen,” said Sheriff Morrison. “We will find him. The question is when.”
