Daniel Manning serves as Chief Executive Officer of USPA Nationwide Security, a full-service security firm providing uniformed guards, fire watch and executive protection across the United States and on six continents. Before joining USPA, Manning spent a decade with National Convenience Distributors, one of the nation's largest convenience distribution companies, overseeing security operations across Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and New York.

In that role he directed corporate security strategy, asset protection, loss prevention, internal investigations and enterprise risk management across a multistate operating environment. He worked directly with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and state and local law enforcement agencies on major criminal investigations involving the organization.

Manning holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Villanova University, Occupational Safety and Health Administration certifications, and advanced investigative interviewing and interrogation training through Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates and John E. Reid & Associates.

Among his accomplishments at National Convenience Distributors, Manning counts the establishment of the company's safety department. Under Manning's direction, USPA cultivated and expanded recurring business relationships with Greystar, Asset Living and RPM Living, leading national property management organizations with extensive portfolios across the country. The company also delivered security projects for globally recognized brands, including American Express, Google, Mattel, Yves Saint Laurent and Old Navy, alongside long-running engagements for Tesla and ThyssenKrupp.

More than 90 percent of the company's corporate clients renew their contracts each year. Manning credits the renewal rate to a consultative model: resources are aligned with each client's operational needs, and the national network scales assignments across multiple markets.
