Reward Program Terms And Conditions

Kingsman Philanthropic Corp. publishes rewards for information leading to the safe return or recovery of missing persons. The terms below govern every posted reward.

  1. 1.Right To Modify Or Cancel

Kingsman Philanthropic Corp. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any reward offer, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability.

  2. 2.Duplicate And Shared Information

Rewards are only eligible for the provision of new, distinct, and actionable information. In the event that multiple individuals provide substantially the same information, only the individual who submitted the information first, as determined solely by the organization's records, will be considered eligible. If information from multiple distinct sources collectively leads to a resolution, Kingsman Philanthropic Corp. reserves the right to split or allocate the reward among tipsters at its sole discretion. Duplicate or redundant information will not qualify for separate or full payouts.

  3. 3.Eligibility Exclusions

To maintain the integrity of the investigation, anyone who is directly or indirectly involved in the disappearance, concealment, or any criminal activity related to the missing person case is strictly ineligible to receive any reward. This exclusion applies to perpetrators, co-conspirators, and anyone with prior knowledge of the wrongdoing who failed to report it to authorities in a timely manner. Furthermore, law enforcement officers, search and rescue personnel, employees of Kingsman Philanthropic Corp., and immediate family members of any of these groups are excluded from eligibility.

  4. 4.Law Enforcement Verification And Cooperation

No reward will be paid out until the investigating law enforcement agency supplies official, written verification to Kingsman Philanthropic Corp. confirming that the specific tip provided directly led to the safe return or recovery of the missing person. The tipster must fully cooperate with law enforcement, which may include providing formal statements or testimony if required by local authorities.

  5. 5.Expiration Of Offers (Sunset Clause)

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific public notice, all reward offers automatically expire one year from the date the reward was first publicly posted by Kingsman Philanthropic Corp. No claims filed after the expiration date will be evaluated or paid.

  6. 6.Independent Funding And Disbursal Limits

Rewards offered by Kingsman Philanthropic Corp. are funded entirely through private donations and public contributions. Payouts are strictly subject to the availability of funds within the designated reward account at the time of verification. The organization is not liable for payouts exceeding the actual allocated cap for that specific case.

  7. 7.Anonymity And Media Release

If a tipster chooses to remain anonymous, Kingsman Philanthropic Corp. will utilize standard industry protocols to process the tip without capturing identifying information. However, if the tipster chooses to claim the reward openly, Kingsman Philanthropic Corp. reserves the right to use the case details for public awareness, fundraising, and media campaigns, subject to safety and law enforcement approval.

  8. 8.Tax Liability

Any and all federal, state, or local tax liabilities arising from the receipt of a reward are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Kingsman Philanthropic Corp. will issue an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent tax documentation where required by law.

  9. 9.Final Determination And Liability Waiver

Kingsman Philanthropic Corp. maintains sole and absolute discretion regarding the evaluation of information, the determination of eligibility, and the distribution of any reward funds. Decisions made by the organization are final, binding, and not subject to legal challenge. By submitting information, the tipster waives any right to pursue legal action against Kingsman Philanthropic Corp., its board, employees, or donors.
